Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, on the website or in the app. It takes effect at once.
How to do it
- Sign in with the same email, Apple or Google account you used before.
- Open Your account and go to Delete your account.
- Type DELETE and press Delete my account.
What is erased
- Your account and your email address.
- Your sessions and your links to Apple and Google sign-in.
- Your saved matrices, your saved searches and your locked (pre-registered) searches.
- Your search count and your export history.
- Our records of your subscription and Premium status.
What remains
- One anonymous entry that an account was deleted, with no email and no name.
- Payment records that Stripe, Apple and Google keep under their own legal duties. We do not control those.
- Nightly backups, which age out within 45 days.
If you have a subscription
A subscription bought on this website stops renewing automatically when you delete your account.
A subscription bought in the app is billed by Apple or Google, and only they can stop it. Please cancel it first. On iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions.
If you cannot sign in
Write to hello@torahcodex.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
